I remember "Dr. Jan" from earlier postings before and I really don't like to point fingers....but that guy is, imo, NOT trustworthy along with his statement that "he heard from the grapevine"....I no longer have great respect for the scientists who attempted and failed twice in presenting to the CHMP group, they were shot down like ducks at a carnival.
....but I am willing to wait for some clarity on May 26th (deadline for 10Q and, I believe, the 10K along side considering the DELAY they received).... short interest figs also updated on June 9th which will display the month end of May.
