Can you help us in the dark

regarding the 535M/400M share increase and what it means if they are restricted or unrestricted? How quickly can restricted shares be dumped for sale by mgt.? Are there 535M shares going to dilute our price? There are restricted, unrestricted, and DTC. I thought I knew what these terms meant, but the meaning of these terms differ depending upon the company.

Anyway, glad to see some nice monetum here.
