Kiwi good explanation on that dance between what UNCY charges the provider and then what Medicare reimburses the provider.  That article was not very clear but made it sound like Davita and F would not make a cent. Sounds like that is what happens after, as you put it, every 6 months Medicare catches up, but then UNcY would further discount the drug to the providers.  Better start at a high enough price in order to have room to go down. Thanks for the explanation
