Too bad you didn’t design the UK health care process. NWBO could just skip MHRA and NICE and go straight from “JAMA published it” to “approved and paid for.”
Unfortunately, that is not how it works. JAMA publishes research. It does not endorse drugs, approve drugs, validate manufacturing, or decide whether the NHS pays for them.
My question was whether anyone would take a drug if it was approved because frustrated investors and emotionally invested advocates pressured the regulator through a mail in campaign. I’m still a no. You are free to take whatever you like, but approval should be based on the record, not pressure.
