Clarity Returns to Luxury

A note from DBMM Group on Digital Clarity's strategic return to the brands where precision matters most. OTC:DBMM · Fully reporting · Fully compliant
DBMM

May 20, 2026

To our shareholders, partners, and readers,

We want to share a strategic direction that says as much about where Digital Clarity is going as it does about where it came from: our flagship operating subsidiary is returning to its roots in the luxury sector.

For those newer to the DBMM story, a quick orientation. DBMM Group (OTC:DBMM) is a fully reporting, fully compliant US public holding company headquartered in New York. Our 100%-owned operating subsidiary, Digital Clarity acquired by DBMM, is based in the UK and operates globally. Today, Digital Clarity is best known as a trusted go-to-market advisor to technology leaders, powered by its proprietary AI platform, the Digital Clarity Intelligence Engine (DCIE).

But that is not where the story began.

The heritage

Digital Clarity built its reputation working alongside some of the most discerning brands in the world across luxury real estate, automotive, travel, and lifestyle. Chatsworth and Savills. Mercedes-Benz, Maybach, H.R. Owen, and Silverstone. Asprey, Master & Dynamic, St James Interiors, and the Southampton International Boat Show.

Serving brands of this calibre is a particular discipline. The audiences are small and difficult to reach. The buyer journeys are long and relationship-led. And the brand equity at stake has often taken generations to build. There is no room for noise, and no tolerance for error.

Why it matters now

Here is the part we find genuinely compelling as a business: the disciplines luxury demanded of us became the foundation of how Digital Clarity works today.

Precision targeting. Respect for complex, considered buyer cycles. Protecting the brand while growing the pipeline. These are the same principles that now drive our go-to-market methodology for technology clients and the same principles that DCIE was built to codify and scale with AI.

That is why a return to luxury is not a detour. It is a homecoming with a sharper toolkit. Luxury’s hardest problems reaching narrow, high-value audiences and converting them without diluting prestige are precisely the problems where intelligent, AI-led go-to-market can do the most good. AI does not replace the craft luxury requires. Done properly, it amplifies it.

And the timing is deliberate. As AI makes content effortless and channels multiply, the instinct across many markets is to do more of everything. Discerning audiences disengage from that faster than anyone. What luxury brands need is not more volume. It is clarity.

What this means for shareholders

For DBMM, this is straightforward. DBMM’s value is built on the growth of Digital Clarity. By expanding into a high-value vertical it understands deeply and where its heritage lends credibility that is hard to manufacture. Digital Clarity broadens its addressable market while staying true to a proven methodology.

This sits alongside, not instead of, the technology-sector work that defines Digital Clarity today. And it remains fully aligned with our long-term direction: build durable revenue, scale the DCIE platform, and progress along the uplisting path from OTC toward OTCQB and, ultimately, NASDAQ.

We will keep you updated as this strategy develops. As always, we encourage shareholders to follow our SEC filings on EDGAR and our investor updates for the most current information.

Back to where precision began.
