The results showed improvement in all measures but did not achieve stat significance.


So did placebo.

Poor Missling and his Rett expert, Dr Kaufmann, managed to get that trial design wrong too, then proceeded to change endpoints after the fact and use AUC with only three time samples.

Maybe it is time to face facts?

The longer we wait, the sooner we will get rich!
