one reason the CE is still hanging over the head of MCIC is because the company needs to amend 1st quarter filing....fix the inconsistencies in the share structure ...OTC still does not show the filed 1st quarter financials under the OTC ( Financials Tab)...mcic Filing was disclosed on May 8th 2026...
