PK_Fund @PK_Fund $NWBO Today I transferred $ from my bank to my Fidelity account which I do often and the $ is available immediately to trade. Today I got the error message about having to wait for $ to clear to purchase stocks under $3. I have never received this error message and when I pressed and spoke to supervisor then manager I was told "usually your $ is available right away but this time it was not" (No S Sherlock) When I pressed why he said news is expected. I told him that I believed it was because they need to cover their short positions and are making it harder for retail to buy shares.
