I never said there is “nothing positive” in the Canaccord settlement. I do, however, think people are reading far more into it than the settlement itself proves. Canaccord may have wanted out. NWBO may have wanted certainty. Both sides may have decided settlement was cleaner than years of litigation risk.
That is positive in the sense that NWBO resolved one defendant. It is a long way from proving a billion dollar payday.
My share count does not change what a settlement does or does not prove.
