Gary, The overall survival rate of 10% in pancreatic cancer in 5 years is for all stage of the cancer (stage 1-4). The overall mOS in early stage is 12 -18 months. for late stage 3 & 4 is 6-12 months. As you can see approximately 85% of newly diagnosed patients die in the first year.
Because of this I strongly suggest we perform P2 trial using DC-D+ with open label method.
