Any CEO of a MM or as an employee of a MM and hedge fund involved in the activity that this lawsuit is aimed at, would really be worried now about the impact. The easy money seems to be coming to an end. They have spoofed more than a billion dollars out of NWBO’s value and now the chickens are going to come home to roost. Unfortunately, much before full discovery, KG will agree to a sizeable settlement. Else this can translate to criminal lawsuit under RICO statutes. Wouldn’t that be fun, though !!! Ahh, just the thought makes me feel warm and fuzzy….
