Almost correct Gary. The AIs just keep moving the approval time to fit the new scenarios and those include the Point-of-Care manufacturing infrastructure, flexible trial design frameworks and the overhaul of innovative licensing pathways. One AI believes that subsequent to those MHRA changes, NWBO amended its MAA to include Flaskworks and did it in such a way that did not obligate the company to release this information to its shareholders thus avoiding the necessity of signaling a substantial approval delay.
I also now have second thoughts of how NWBO's IR handled this potential delay. For example, GZ did not lie when he allegedly told one of our posters that even parliament can't use its influence to induce the MHRA to speed up and finalize the MAA's approval. At the time I believed that GZ meant that Parliament was unable to convince the MHRA to speed up its processing of the MAA. GZ told the truth in that parliament could not persuade the MHRA to speed the approval process but he never revealed the reason for parliament's failure which was most likely that once the MAA was amended to include Flaskworks, a substantial MAA approval delay was inevitable.
Also if I remember, on a previous occasion, GZ said that many requests (RFIs?) directed to NWBO by the MHRA had slowed down the process but that he hoped or believed that this period will soon be over. All that was most likely completely true but GZ never mentioned an amendment to the MAA that included Flaskworks. Again no lies but not the whole truth.
At most those IR answers can qualify as intellectual dishonesty but I believe that those
were more than justified at that time. Just imagine where the SP would be now if everybody would have known (let's say by August 2025 that the approval will have to wait till July 2026?
I am looking forward to tomorrow's Q-10 and I may be wrong but I am guessing that from November 29, 2025 and onward, NWBO threw everything it had into finalizing the construction of the Grade C suites and getting Flaskworks ready for action.
