Aside from not knowing when the hell approval will be, we have some near term points of interest. I would not call them catalysts.
1. Official settlement/dismissal of Canaccord
2. May 15th 1st Q filing, which may or may not be extended to May 20
3. May 22nd NWBO no longer owes Cognate/CRL/GI partners 10 million dollars (equivalent of 40 to 50 million shares) if no DCVax-l approval prior to May 22.
4. Supposedly in June/July, the new C level clean room will be completed (I’m more than dubious that they are on schedule) (My personal opinion is this involves another undisclosed third party whose decisions may be contingent on MA. Just my gut.)
5. Supposedly in June the new leukapheresis clinic will be completed inside another medical care facility (Aka: Hospital) — time to commercially certify could be months to over a year? (I’m a little less dubious about the building timeline here, but the licensing timeline is a huge question mark)
