I am not sure why Javier would move the SNTX's companies again to another shell as you say. LOL!

Moving the GTVH's assets out of that bloated OS and debt ridden shell to a clean, no overhang shell with a beautiful balance sheet and OS makes complete sense. It does not make sense to you, LOL!

If the SNTX is at least $.10 or higher and MOST IMPORTANTLY if the SNTX UPLISTS to the OTCQB, your theory and assumption will fail as I believe that Javier's plans for a $.50-$1.00 PLUS SNTX stock price will be in play.
