It stated in the Press Release that dilution was from creditors getting out. Papaleo and Coogan are affiliates and can't get free trading stock or can issue free trading stock unless in registration statement. So people issued shares from Rubin converted to get out or creditors converted and killed the stock. Then Coogan says in PR no more and it all stopped. I can't stand people that make up crap to just smash. If you personally don't like them then you should not hide behind your alias and let them know!
