I can only theorize here but:1) I’d assume FIFA and venues did their due diligence.  They wouldn’t sign this up with a B rated app (assumption ;) … 2) a RS with fomo should not decrease momentum and value assuming this is huge enough.  Any RS … your money stays the same especially if post RS the SP keeps rising.  
Now a RS with more dilution is a problem.  However we spoke here about how they would not need to dilute anymore as the bond will be funding efforts.  Any dilution would come from imo small amounts to pay execs and for hiring.   Again theory. But with the right app, the right amount of sign ons and interest, even a Post RS, this should gain nicely.  Make no mistake, it will be rocky but still should grow. IMO.
