Well it looks like ZIVO officially moved to the OTC ID tier today. No more delinquency flag for reporting on the OTC Markets site. So looks like that's official at this point as long as they continue the disclosure requirements associated with that listing.
If anyone bothers to read through the annual disclosure filed ..... ZIVO lists a guy named Guillermo Navarro as CFO in keeping up with communications to investors .... LOL.
Otherwise it dont say much. Another disclosure is due by end of week for the 1st qtr.
