The SNTX may be acquiring ALL of the current GTVH's operating businesses and paying for these companies via SNTX Acquisitions' Dividends but it appears these businesses may be replaced by a NEW GTVH venture that may involve the "Veterans Housing Program".

Through this initiative, the Company aims to provide stable, affordable housing for veterans facing housing insecurity, while fostering supportive community environments. As a first step, the Company is advancing a pilot project centered on the development of a multi-unit residential complex and is currently in the process of negotiating a letter of intent for the acquisition of its initial property.

"In preparation of advancing into the company’s new chapter, $GTVH management is working with legal counsel to finalize a letter of intent for the fist property acquisition of our veterans housing program. Our current trajectory to execute the LOI and announce it is the first week in May.
In parallel to this, we are working with our note holder to finish closing out legacy issues and retire the note. To be clear the company will no longer take on toxic debt.
