I think the way news has been responded to that NWBO can make an excellent case that almost all of their interim news is non material based on the effect it has had on stock price. I mean what could the SEC say to the history of positive advancement news events leading to a drop in share price after an initial positive outlook in anticipation of it because their stock has been targeted for attack.
Oh, by the way, many years ago there was a poster that was commenting on NWBO that it had been targeted. I think the comment was on Seeking Alpha where I first started participating in the discussions. He was so certain of himself and I assumed he was part of the groups working against NWBO to try and bankrupt the company. The problem for them then was that NWBO had Toucan support and the Cognate Mist Favored Nation set up and other friends willing to help as needed to offer bridge loans.
About the only thing that can move this stock is an approval and the bears, like Investor082, already say that is the time to sell not load up. Sounds like an preplanned bear raid to me. If an approval and GMP manufacturing with Flaskworks likely gets a partner bid but approval without manufacturing gets sold how would you package the news?; ). Any wonder why NWBO doesn’t want to give out any more news than required?; ). Pretty hard to argue with this or whether or not any interim news is really material. Best wishes.
