What’s the reason?

Inflation alone will increase dilution - don’t forget OIL!!!….Add the fact there are adding personnel…Merit increases, utilities, etc…no brainer they will need to dilute much more.

And I don’t think any of the dilution is going to attorney fees in the MM suit…probably paying for attorneys in the "Oops the unit is too large suit”…

I wonder if any money is being spent on retention bonuses?…I would guess Sawston is a boring place without much work flow…Approval better happen soon, otherwise I sense things will be splitting at the seams.
