The REAL $$ will be found in the punitive damages, which very well could be over $1B if this actually is finished via a jury trail, with the Jury siding with NWBO. What do you think a jury will award NW, a Cancer Company fighting the most deadly cancer, if they find Wall Street manipulated its stock, causing delays in treatment to cancer patients and the running of future trails, because the funding issues related to the manipulated share-price?? It wont be Linda Powers explaining this to a Jury. It will be a top tier, silk-stalking, white collar litigator, with the savvy to explain it way better than anyone. A jury of normal citizens will be a death-blow to the Market Makers. Do you not think a jury will "stick-it" to Wall Street? Of course they will, and it will be very costly to them.
