PGSD, you've gotta be kidding !!!This whole analysis around Ori completely misses the boat - it misses both the rationale and the importance of Annalisa coming on board with NW. The Ori machine is NOT USABLE at all for DCVax-L because Ori can only handle cells IN SUSPENSION in a liquid (as all CAR/T cells are) while DCVax-L cells grow attached to the surface of flasks like BARNACLES .This has been previously explained publicly. The Flaskworks machine has been specially designed to manufacture the BARNACLE cells!! The FW machine does for “barnacle” cells what Ori machine dies for cells in suspension.
