Without an RS, you need share currency to do "company" things.
Yes, one will say that this is TOXIC dilution and I say this is a good sign that some company and stock catalysts will be arriving soon enough to move the stock to much higher levels.
I have seen MANY OTC companies with OS far greater than the GTVH that has run right past $.003.
So, we wait for the catalysts and the move higher.
