Very interesting!

I noted the broad convertable financing concern, but am happy to learn of the details here.

IDCC has done well with IP related mergers in the past. if indeed others are planned, the market is giving no bullish recognition to this now. IDCC arranging financing for future mergers.

I am going to hold my shares!

P.S. We need some happy talk about AI and Data Center related IP licensing. Our old nemsis Nokia, is currently taking advantage of this opportunity, and its stock price has risen several fold. I suspect IDCC is working on AI / Datacenter licensing also, but it is not being disclosded currently.
