I am not home and ned to be brief.  After reading DMC’s post yesterday I had a similar reaction to yours but was unable to post.  Reading what Berg said had me worried that the company is thinking about spending money not about being acquired. Some companies would say, “ hired so and so to explore the sale of the company”.  No one wants a sale here than I, but I am worried that people interpreting Berg’s commentary as such are employing wishful thinking.
