Amarin's attorney did a much better job than did Hikma's attorney. I thought it was interesting that (I think Barrett) said ' I don't know why we're here discussing this except four of my colleagues wanted to." The thing I thought I heard at the end (not sure if it was Kavanaugh or Alito) but I thought he said they would not reverse, but possibly remand back to the lower court. But kudo's to the Amarin lawyer. Wish he had handled the Dusaster case. Wait and see.
