This is one of the most clear-minded and persuasive arguments I've ever heard a lawyer make before an appeals court. Regardless of the question that is posed to him, he strikes back immediately with a precise argument that is right on the spot. And I've heard hundreds of lawyers do oral arguments. The contrast between him and the nervous-sounding government lawyer is dramatic. At the very least, I think this will be a 5-4 decision and I won't rule out the possibility that Amarin wins.
