Just ran another SEARCH on the WY SOS office, still 'no record found'.

So how was it SOURCED??

Again, didn't say it wasn't real, just wary. For it has to be
'source able' to someplace and I am looking for this source
since we as investors should know where things like this are
being put up on.

Have to wait and see if the OTC listing updates next for the AS..

As to WHY?? Guess would be there is more debt that needed to
be addressed based on one of the blocks checked on the release
being talked about.

And all I can say going forward is, either they do a lot of share buying
back activity or the r/split is going to be a doozy.

And given whats going on? Wonder if someone is trying to take the company
from them by forcing them to pay this debt off now when they appear to be on
the verge of pulling something off?? But they are fiscally weak? Hmmm
