At the risk of being redundant, I think George is implying the remaining sticking point in negotiations is full versus conditional approval. Coyly, he seems to put resolution, by way of saying more new announcements of some sort, a few weeks or more out, placing it past May 21st. (Approval after May 21 would mean NWBO would no longer owe CRL 10 million dollars)
Again, GZ seems strongly assured of approval, just waiting on full or conditional.
