Since I’ve been so critical in my last few posts, let me at least give the slightly possible alternative interpreting GZ’s letter. NWBO and MHRA might be simply negotiating over conditional or full approval, but either way it is going to be approval. Innovative medicines often start out as conditional approval but NWBO probably is arguing their results and additional data support full approval. George might still have to meet collaborators at conferences until the deal is done for whatever reason. NWBO is expanding its access to more leukapheresis by preparing its own clinic (inside another clinic) for ramp so that this time is not wasted, and perhaps to show regulators they won’t be tying up all the leuk clinics when demand starts to surge. Maybe.
