If I were you (with such a big position in NWBO), I’d have asked GZ point blank why have they been diluting using Convertible Note structure when they are so close to approval and potentially game changing dynamics. Why not take a long term loan (like a one year loan) rather than also giving away shares at depressed prices.

That should give you all the answers you need about what’s coming in terms of share price! ;)

I will say again, there is no non dilutive funds coming anytime soon. Its a trap.

Financing from shady financiers will continue whether you like it or not.
