gilead23: Solid reasoning. But if they play the long game, they capitulate now then figure out later how they are going to restart their nuke program.
IMO, if the U.S. had decided against putting "boots on the ground", we should not have started this military adventure. The U.S. might be negotiating with people who are going to be far worse than the mullahs.
So, I saw gasoline at $4.19 a gallon in this area. That probably is the national average. But I don't think higher petrol prices in the U.S. will throw this economy into a tailspin. We should be very worried that Europe will go into deep recession. Their energy situation is extremely precarious.
Bottom line: Something has to happen this week.
