If he goes through with this Reg A when he has cash in the bank I will.
I have already spoken to some people about it.  Pretty easy case.  My favorite is he is actually flipping his own commons with form 4's for a rock or two while pumping on ihub and contacting shareholders.  Ummm bro.  That's even stupid for retail much less the CEO of a public company.  Even in OTC that's a no no.  Probably easy to get this Reg A cancelled when SEC gets full wind of it
