What caught my attention recently is the timing of certain events. AIG’s corporate website goes down. UMAV’s site goes down. Meanwhile, there’s a press conference coming up, an open house being prepared, physical work happening on-site, and weight and balance testing underway. Funding is still an open question, but potentially active. When multiple things shift at once, I start asking why, and whether any of it connects.

Here's what caught my eye and beg's the question; should one take notice of the stock starting to show strength ahead of the company placing shareholders on notice of its efforts to restructure the outstanding debt.

I've had this stock up on L2 for several weeks now and have noted in the last two weeks that under a number of times, the amount of stock being placed up for sale at $0.02 is getting taken out and in some cases, additionally the volume has been increasing. So yes, your thesis may be more than a coincidence.
