For me, it's always astounding that some CEO's seem to care so little, that they are happy to dilute at such low levels.
The only reason I can see for this mindset, is that they know the stock isn't worth more, so they have to take what they can get to keep the payday happening.
If they truly thought it was worth more, they would PR what makes it worth more, THEN dilute at much higher levels, which would translate to much less shares being sold.
Then you have the guys like this, who have nothing to offer, in terms of traders willing to pay higher prices, so they PR NOTHING and keep repeating NOTHING.
