I mean, he just finished a Reg A. This is supposed to be the growth and “Scaling” time period. You don’t try to do Another Reg A. If he needed the cash so badly just go get a toxic note that doesn’t convert for six months so you got time to build interest and the following while Your “scaling“. Nobody wants Anything to do with This now.
