JAB again I agree with you. Do you think this admin would be OK with Delfin - an infrastructure project - remaining private after an EXIM commitment?
I think of the government investment in rare earth and metals companies, Westinghouse, and Intel. And I consider that SpaceX is choosing to go public now.... and I would guess the answer is "No, the gov't would rather Delfin be public". With their talk of supporting main street, using public funds to backstop a private infrastructure project would be atypical for this admin.
Pie-in-the-sky here, but imagine if the USG announces a stake at RM.
