Kelly just filed a Notification of Late Filing. Here's the irony: SHE CAN'T, BECAUSE:

Companies on the Pink Limited Market are not eligible to receive an extension.

Read the filing -- that quote above is the third paragraph of the Notification of Late Filing that Kelly just submitted.

In 2024 and 2025, she filed the Notification of Late Filing on March 31st even though the Annual report isn't due until April 30th for Pink Limited. This year, she finally realized that her report isn't due until April 30th, so at least she is paying a LITTLE bit of attention, but she still doesn't understand the simple task of keeping her company current on the Pink Limited tier, and she doesn't bother to read the forms she submits on OTCIQ.

Translation for Kelly and the rest of the noobs: If she doesn't file by April 30th, next Thursday, this ticker is probably going to Expert Market.

That's your CEO at work, BIEL shareholders. I don't know what she does with all her time, but it isn't spent learning how to run a public company.

And Kelly, on the otcmarkets Company Profile page, Koneru spells his name "Koneru," not "Konerum." Or is this his request so nobody learns that he's on the Board of such a ridiculous little company?
