That's one of the issues here. Mgmt is failing to communicate publicly on where they intend to land for the public listing.
Just because they would not be complying with SEC reporting any more does not necessarily mean "pink sheets". IMO that is another horrifically bad move if that happens. As noted previous, and OTC listing can be maintained at OTCID level if the company does basic disclosures and meets basic requirements that keep it off the pink sheets. Don't need to be SEC reporting compliant to maintain that listing.
That is one reason I have not started buying the stock yet. And I'm sure I'm not the only one. And I'm not even sure this stock turns back upwards on whatever news might be in the pipeline for the algae sales. Alot depends on what that is as well.
