It is stipulated that the extension of the review for corrective measures can only be granted if there is clear grounds for a change in major shareholders.

According to the amendments made in March 2025, the provision has been strengthened to allow for an extension of the review period "in cases where it is clearly recognized that important parts of the improvement plan, such as a change in the largest shareholder or a paid-in capital increase, will be implemented."
