Mighty kind of you. But I wouldn't waste time with the riff raff. Mine looks like your except just 3 transactions .... buys in the .60s and 1 sell at $12.50 for 20 bags to cover cost and pull back even more .... and the rest just rides and don't matter if it goes to zero. And those transactions are already detailed on this board so don't need to post it again as were yours.

Anyway ... someone had bid for 4k out of the gate and it was filled in whole to start the day. Wondering if $2 is going to hold as it seems some buyers willing to step up there.

We still have negative listing stuff coming with the listing change in lieu of not enough public information from Payne to understand what's next. I happened to notice that CYAN actually did this same thing a couple months ago (i.e drop SEC compliance). So wouldn't shock me if that's where ZIVO got the idea. CYAN just filed a number of disclosures needed to maintain the OTCID (the new pink sheet listing) listing over the last couple days. Investors need to better understand what ZIVO's plan is in that regard cause we certainly don't want the stock to fall to the "expert listing" which basically makes it no longer tradeable via normal retail channels and have to call a broker for quotes and trades. No Bueno if that happens. The requirements to maintain the basic listing is not much so hopefully they are going to make that happen .... but the company needs to COMMUNICATE.
