Agreed, this is a dilution scam. The next financing event post UK decision will provide another major opportunity for shorts and LP’s financiers to bet against this inept management team who has a rich history of lying, missed timelines, and externalizing blame. LP’s financiers win both ways, but shorts would make easy money too if there is a brief, modest spike.
