Sintx and its stock are not the scam. How management used the stock was the scam. By all accounts, it does seem the plan for Sintx was to use the public markets to fund operations, make money shorting the stock to help keep its price down, while cost basis harvesting (tax sheltering) via Reverse splits, and then take the company private/ sell cheap as indicated so only specific people would truly benefit.

Simply saying the company/stock is a scam only helps that agenda above, keeps people away (reducing the likelihood of lawsuits), so management and its funds could get away with it. Thus you are part of said conspiracy directly or indirectly.

I appreciate your integrity. It's a rare thing on these boards.

That integrity you mentioned in 2016 has always been true yet you repeatedly implied/inferred I worked for management when ive been fighting those shorting Sintx this whole time. I just didnt know mgmt was actually part of said conspiracy with Anson and its family of funds. Seems Medtech was too. Now Im onto this cost basis harvesting thing and call it out elsewhere.
Fighting against said conspiracy has made me a target for harassment as ive been profiling here.

My belief is small companies with high upside potential also have high potential for RS for cost basis harvesting. Theres alot of warrants outstanding that could provide a significant offset to a company's tax liability if theres a RS.

Maybe i'll be incorrect on that, but theres sufficient evidence to indicate that there is a plan to RS to cost basis harvest. Like Sintx I think Lexaria has very valuable IP. Thus thats motivation to increase cost basis on those warrants to offset those potential future profits.
