Why does the company continue to use the pre-RS numbers in their communications?

Amarin currently has ~20,790,000 shares after the 20:1 RS. They should be stating 15,000,000 / 20 or 750,000.
Am I wrong? And no, I'm not voting for any increase in shares available as they already have plenty available.
