Man, I have no idea.

It makes me think Tekmovil could be the reason we haven't seen updated fins in so long. It aligns perfectly with the "acquisition" and when fins started to get postponed. Who knows. that is pure speculation.

Credit to Pea as well for bringing it up to me. Again, for whatever reason the internet still thinks TPT is the holding company, and has for the last 2yrs...
