So just to refresh the timeline for people:

August 28th: Company announced the agreement to acquire Advent.
October 9th: HTA Inspection
October 24th: Advent Deal closed
November 20th: Company PR that the Advent C Suite Construction is underway
November 28th: 2nd CHM Meeting
December 15th: Advent MIA & MIA(IMP) Certificates both updated
February 10th: HTA Final Report Issued (internally only it seems)
February 26/27th: Possible 3rd CHM Meeting date (like mRESVIA). As Senti suggests, maybe the CHM was waiting for this HTA Licence Update to green light.
April 2nd: HTA Licence Issued
