Often the most apparent facts can lead one to a wrong conclusion because it hides a deeper, overlooked truth. There are many shareholders who think the continuous stock shorting and distorting of facts on public forums (perhaps by those who are shorting the stock) is contributing to the lowering of the share price and the falling market cap; and such actions would have nothing to do with actual the facts that are still unknown as to what's going on behind the scenes with the MHRA.

And that possibility is more aligned with my opinion.
