I see a developmental biotech that had zero value when Missling took over and was close to bankruptcy.
I see a company that has a drug pipeline with several candidates. I see a company that has had two trials that were close but were not approved. The decisions that that resulted in trials failure were made 7 years ago. The company has learned a lot since then.
I see a company with no debt and a moderate share count.
I see great long term potential in this company. I see a short term share price that is slightly below my cost basis.
I see that bringing a drug to market is a difficult task and many developmental biotech companies fail in the attempt and die.
I see Anavex having the resources to continue to pursue drug approval for 2-73 and 3-71 in spite of the recent rejection by the EMA.

Do like to be down on my investment in Anavex at the current share price? No. No one likes setbacks. Do I still think that Anavex will succeed? Yes.
The FDA has yet to weigh in on the present P2/3 trial. Worst case another P3 trial will be required.
There are other trials that Anavex will be running. Some shorter in duration than what will be required for AD.

I see the situation from a longer term perspective than many.
Short term the situation sucks. That's the way things sometimes go. YMMV

Success is the best revenge.
