I'm pretty sure it's deliberate because it's fraud. They're going to disappear into obscurity/file for bankruptcy, in my opinion. He's been pulling this grift in the SAME EXACT way for decades as we've all pointed out, not sure why UMAV would be any different. I wouldn't be surprised if he re-funnels the "assets" into another bullshit shell-type company to try this scam again, although the internet is a far more powerful tool than it previously was, and we've been on his ass much more than folks would have been in 2004/2010/2015 with those other companies.
