I like the tactic of BAT converting as soon as possible so CW can be debt free. I also think the best way for shareholders to vote is to slap the ask until it hits ~$1.44USD($2.00CAD) so BAT can convert according to the original terms:) and without needing to wait for an official shareholder vote. Either way, the balance sheet is getting cleared. It's up to shareholders to pick which way it gets done.
